About Our Manager

Waya brings over 15 years of car wash experience to the Cullman Mach 1 Express Wash team! What started as a high school job quickly turned into a lifelong passion. Since then, he’s worn many hats—from maintenance technician to District Manager—and has spent the last 9 years leading teams as a Site Manager.

Waya takes pride in delivering fast, friendly service and creating a positive environment for both his team and customers. His dedication, leadership, and attention to detail help keep the Cullman location running like clockwork.

Outside of work, Waya is a devoted family man. He and his amazing wife are raising two wonderful children, and they enjoy every moment spent together—whether it’s a quiet weekend at home or a fun-filled trip to Disney or Universal Studios. He’s also a proud Auburn Tigers fan and never misses a chance to cheer on his team!
