How to Delete Your Account
Step 1: Navigate to User Settings
In your app, click on the three dots in the bottom right of your app. Then select “User Settings”
Step 2: Select and Confirm "Delete My Account"
In User Settings, click “Delete My Account” and click “CONFIRM” on the pop-up.
Step 3: Verify the Deletion via Text
You will be sent a verification code to the phone number associated with your account. Enter the verification code where prompted in the app and click “CONFIRM CODE.” You will then see a confirmation indicating your account has been deleted.
After deleting, you may create a new account using the same email address and/or phone number from the account that was previously deleted.
